嘗過天拿的手造杏脯果醬......很喜歡那酸酸的味道~ (還取了半樽回家呢)
從不知道可以以新鮮的杏來做果醬....
........終於在超市買到新鮮的杏........可以親手做了!
相比其他水果,原來杏的膠性很高呢!
這個果醬用來伴麵包或是乳酪,很不錯哦~~
