太好了! 看到vanlily分享了一個用85g榛子粉的榛子曲奇食譜
正好讓我消滅榛子粉!
我用了金罐牛油來做~~ 很鬆化又帶榛子的香! 真係很好吃哦

Vanlily用高筋粉, 但做 cookies 不是應該用低筋粉嗎?[版主回覆04/14/2009 00:33:00]雖然大部份都係用低粉。但係真係一dd食譜架咋~~ 不過我試過呢個食譜真係幾好味架喎!
我頭先試做依隻Cookies,做左出黎好靚呀!不過唔夠鬆化..仲有一點乾!其實點解會咁既?!?!??!?![版主回覆06/08/2009 23:39:00]這個曲奇不是超鬆化的呀! 曲奇唔乾濕濕地就應該係未熟架喇喎~~ 所以有少少乾係平常呀!
